5 Star rating from me, lightning fast delivery. When another container company couldn't fill the order to a residential address, Drop a Box came to the rescue by delivering 4 containers in about 3 hours. The "robot" remote controlled container handlers were amazing, they can place the box to the inch of where they are needed. Robert, the person delivering the boxes was friendly, fast and accurate in the placement of the containers. The owner was very nice too, he heard of our situation and that the first provider could not provide residential service and matched the original quoted cost, something he was not obligated to do. Very professional company! They worked quickly on getting me a price quote, setting up a delivery date, as well as quick to pick up after I called to tell them we were done with it. We had zero problems with the storage container. It kept all our belongings safe and clean. The guy who picked up even did a little clean out of the container to have it ready for the next delivery! Definitely recommend and will use again!
